- The Manager of all Supervisors that ensure all operations are running smooth day to day.

*THIS ROLE REQUIRES DRIVE & AMBITION

-Must know the job descriptions of each role, and must be able to lead a presentation and motivate a team of fellow managers in training that also have a team they are leading. Always setting them up for success and leading the way as a role model to those whom may want your position one day.

Content specialists, use their expertise in social media to assist with helping our clients create and manage their social media presence. We value every team member’s input
Specialists are the foundation of about 90% of what we do here at "LiFT OFF Enterprise & Co LLC."
They take assigned tasks that involve catering to certain and potential clients
They form projects and presentations that cater to a clients ideal interest
Required to do monthly portfolios of creative ideas and marketing incentives
Experienced specialists, are assigned their own Clients when their deemed ready.

Sales (this is a 100% Commission role)

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Interest in management
Exceptionally knowledgeable in "Social Media" especially,
(Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, and more...etc.)
Must have a great work ethic

Anyone graduating high school, starting college, or trying to find themselves in the workplace are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

- Report directly to the Director of Operations
-Train new hires
- Oversee a team of Supervisors(Lead CS's)
- Handle potential clientele complaints
- Handle discipline for all Team members such as, (write ups, lates, or no shows, terminations etc...)
- Assist with the hiring
- Recruiting & Interviewing new candidates
- Oversee all leadership positions
- Supervise a Team of Leaders and guide them into leading their individual teams to success
- Work independently as a Leader that knows how to be a team player
