Content Specialist(Lead)'s-
*This is a paid Role*

-are the supervisors of each team/group of 3-4 specialists
that take lead in assigned clientele or project that assist in their brand.
They take their leadership serious enough to get results in a group of optimistic, idealistic, and hungry creatives that want to strive to prove themselves. Content Lead's know how to pull out and use the strengths of every member on their team.
(apart of our "Insider Leadership Program")

Content specialists, use their expertise in social media to assist with helping our clients create and manage their social media presence. We value every team member’s input
Specialists are the foundation of about 90% of what we do here at "LiFT OFF Enterprise & Co LLC."
They take assigned tasks that involve catering to certain and potential clients
They form projects and presentations that cater to a clients ideal interest
Required to do monthly portfolios of creative ideas and marketing incentives
Experienced specialists, are assigned their own Clients when their deemed ready.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Exceptionally knowledgeable in "Social Media" especially,
(Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, and more...etc.)
Must have a great work ethic

Anyone graduating high school, starting college, or trying to find themselves in the workplace are encouraged to apply

High School Diploma or Equivalent(required)
Associates Degree(not required)

Expert in social media platform features particularly, INSTAGRAM, X, FACEBOOK, TIK TOK, and more(required)

Responsibilities

-Train new hires
- Oversee a team of 3-5 and lead in group projects
- Handle potential clientele complaints
- Handle discipline for your group such as (write ups, lates, or no shows)
- Close Leads after potential clients show interest/ CS assistance
- Explain what we do, but sell our services based of your skills
- Represent the company to the best of your ability
- Report to the D.O.L(Manager)
- Take lead in assignments/projects
- Supervise a Team
- Work independently as a supervisor that knows how to be a team player
- Keep your team together
- Keep Morale High
- Keep clientele info confidential
- Take Lead in navigating or creating different paths in marketing a certain brand per client
- Assist in building a brand
- Social Media Management

- Able to work on multiple individual projects
- Able to be on-call Mondays- Saturdays (Sundays are absolutely for you)
