An internship designed to show young adults how important every position is to a company/ corporation.

Content specialists, use their expertise in social media to assist with helping our clients create and manage their social media presence. We value every team member’s input
Specialists are the foundation of about 90% of what we do here at "LiFT OFF Enterprise & Co LLC."
They take assigned tasks that involve catering to certain and potential clients
They form projects and presentations that cater to a clients ideal interest
Required to do monthly portfolios of creative ideas and marketing incentives
Experienced specialists, are assigned their own Clients when their deemed ready.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Exceptionally knowledgeable in "Social Media" especially,
(Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, and more...etc.)
Must have a great work ethic
We have a strict ( 0 Tolerance ) BULLY FREE policy
and expect a HARASSMENT FREE ENVIRNMENT by all means
Anyone graduating high school, starting college, or trying to find themselves in the workplace are encouraged to apply

High School Diploma or Equivalent(required)
Sales Background(preferred, not required)
Associates Degree(not required)
18 years and Over(required)
Interest in Marketing(required)
Interest in Business Development(required)
Expert in social media platform features particularly, INSTAGRAM, X, FACEBOOK, TIK TOK, and more(required)

Responsibilities

- Participate in in Calling leads to secure accounts
- Assist with other "Content Specialists"
- Report to your Lead Specialist(Supervisor)
- Work independently or in groups on certain projects
- Keep client info confidential
- Navigate or create different paths in marketing a certain brand per client
- Assist in building a brand
- Social Media Management
- Time Management
- Project management
- Able to work on multiple individual projects
- Able to be on-call Mondays- Fridays (weekends are absolutely for you)
